My name is Monica Burgara

Helping people find a place to truly call home isn’t just my profession—it’s my purpose. As a lifelong resident of the South Bay, I’ve built my life in this community, and I feel deeply honored to guide families through some of their most meaningful milestones.

Before becoming a Realtor, I worked as a licensed psychiatric social worker, supporting individuals and families during pivotal moments in their lives. That experience shaped who I am today, teaching me the importance of empathy, patience, and truly listening. Transitioning into real estate was a natural step for me, allowing me to continue helping people—this time by empowering them to achieve the dream of homeownership and confidently move into their next chapter.

I’m also a proud mom of four boys, and much of my life is spent on the sidelines as a dedicated soccer mom, cheering them on and embracing the beautiful chaos of family life. These experiences give me a genuine understanding of what “home” really means—a place of comfort, growth, and lasting memories.
